Korean Seaweed

Rinse the salt off the seaweed in cold water. There’s a lot of salt.

Soak the seaweed in cold water for an hour. I think the package said half an hour but the longer the better. Lots of salt!

Drain the seaweed and squeeze out as much liquid add possible.

Than add a couple tablespoons of sesame oil, sugar, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, vinegar and sauteed for 15 minutes or so.

Pair with some white rice and protein.
