Tofu and watercress soup

Chicken feet, sliced tofu, ginger and watercress. Less than $7

Boil the chicken feet and ginger for about an hour. I like it when the meat is falling off the bones.

Add in the watercress and boil for half an hour or until it’s cooked to your liking. I added in more ginger.

Add salt and oyster sauce. Taste the broth. If seasoned enough, add the tofu and cook for 10-15 more minutes.

Done!
