Chicken parmigiana minus the bread crumbs


Easy and quick dinner.

Slice up chicken breasts into thin filets. Season with salt, black pepper and italian seasoning. Pan fry it until brown on both side.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the chicken in a single layer and top with pasta tomato sauce and shredded mozzarella. Bake for 20 minutes.

During that time, cook any vegetable you want. I sauteed mixed frozen vegetable and had leftover pickled vegetable from a Korean lunch.
