Sauteed butternut squash with kale and a side of pork and chives dumplings.
I cooked the butternut squash with salt, black pepper and Italian seasoning. Next I cooked the kale with salt, black pepper and garlic powder. The kale cooks quickly!
Once the kale is done, I add in the butternut squash and mix it thoroughly.
Dumplings are pork with chives, frozen from the Chinese supermarket. Just add the amount you want to boiling water for ten minutes.
Done! Dinners ready!
