Very easy to make!
Pre heat oven at 375 degrees. Get up a rack of pork spare ribs and cut it into three sections. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top.
Put the ribs into the heated oven and bake for 1 hour. Baste it with your fav bbq sauce every 20 minutes, top and bottom.
I like using the below bbq sauce.
In the mean time, cut up some zucchini and toss it with salt, black pepper and parmesan cheese. I used the below parmesan cheese, I love it! This was a free sample too!
At the last 20 minutes, put the zucchini into the oven and finish baking with the ribs. Done!

Yum! Nice and hot and flavorful! The wrapping aka skin wasn’t too thick or thin. Perfect portion for lunch, not too much and not too little. Iced tea on the side on this warm day!
