My Shiromaru hakata classic Ramen. Added a soft boiled egg on the side. Yum!
Shared a plate of Pork buns with a sweet and slightly spicy sauce.
Someones Chicken wings! Saucy and flavorful.
My Chicken Spinach Salad: Grilled chicken breast, baby spinach leaves, julienne cucumber, sweet corn, diced tomato, fresh mozzarella tossed in a sun dried tomato and white balsamic vinaigrette. I wish there was some dressing on the chicken, a bit dry by itself. Overall a nice salad but nothing special.
Trio of sliders: pulled pork, buffalo chicken and beef with cheese and french fries. Co workers shared this one. The fries looked very nicely fried and crunchy. The beef with cheese slider was declared the best out of the three sliders.
Baker’s Dozen: Jumbo party wings, deep fried &tossed with our almost famous wing sauce, blue cheese served on the side. Wayyyy too salty! And the server said that they received quite a few complaints about that. Hmm then why didn’t the chef go easy on the salt after the complaints?? The buffalo sauce was good though.
Chili with tortilla on the side. A nicely toasted cheese topped the chili and the tortilla chips were said to be crunchy. This was rated to be better than the wings!
Salmon burger: Housemade Ground Prime Salmon Belly and Portobello Mushroom, Scallions, Sesame Seeds, Special Mayo, Guacamole, Mixed Greens. I got this burger minus the mayo sauce and unfortunately was missing the portobello mushroom and scallions. Very little guacamole was in it (prob a tablespoon) but the patty was tasty. Worth a try but not going to order it again for $12.50
Wasabi burger: Double 4oz Patty, All Natural Beef, Double Wasabi Horseradish Cheddar, Portobello Mushroom, Scallions, Roasted Seaweed and Special Wasabi Sauce for $11. Co worker ordered this one and it looked pretty good.
Loaded fries: Cheddar, Scallions, Bacon Bits, Ranch Dressing for $6. I didn’t have any but heard it was very good. Good for sharing!
