Oldie but goodie, made this recipe again Sunday night, I had an abundance of ripen bananas and felt bad throwing it away. I didn’t follow the recipe to the “T” because I didn’t have any buttermilk/sour cream. I also used two whole eggs rather than an egg plus one yolk and a little less sugar. Still came out tasty! Probably a little more cakey in texture then it should be but that’s ok.
