I’m thankful for my healthy and happy little boy and family and friends!
Oldie but goodie, made this recipe again Sunday night, I had an abundance of ripen bananas and felt bad throwing it away. I didn’t follow the recipe to the “T” because I didn’t have any buttermilk/sour cream. I also used two whole eggs rather than an egg plus one yolk and a little less sugar. Still came out tasty! Probably a little more cakey in texture then it should be but that’s ok.
Hope everyone had a great time on their 4th of July!
Chocolate banana brownies!
And of course, have to have some savory food on the side! Chicken and broccoli teriyaki bowl!
New years day lunch! All veggies to cleanse the body for a fresh new year!
New years eve dinner with family!
My sister made this when she was visiting us from out of state.
Served Ala mode of course! Slices of apples, apricot jam and store bought puff pastry sheets. So easy to make!
