Need at least two bunches of watercress, they shrink a lot!
Boil some water with some protein….I had saved up a bunch of wing tips and so used that. Pork bones or meat works too!
Once it boils, add in carrots and boil some more. Lastly add in the watercress. Depending on how soft u like the veggy, it can take up to two hours from start to finish
Skim off any gunk that surfaced. Don’t forget to salt! Enjoy!
